remote broadcast options

Looking for new LOW cost options to braoadcast for remotes. What are applications for a cellular wireless card and broadcasting across the internet? Too new? Anyone using this technology? Just wondering. I'm just tired of the marti, we have signal issues in Rockford and looking for options. Thanks!

If you can get fast enough internet at your studio (not a problem in all liklihood) and at the remote broadcast site, Skype can sound good.

This is especially good for High School sports broadcasts since most schools have at least T-1 speeds.

Skype is owned by eBay. Skype is only a service that connects two points across the internet - you need to provide your own mic, computer (or use the client's), sound board, or whatever you plan to use.

do you have to have a high speed internet connection at your clients location?
