Remote headphone amp solution with talkback

I'm looking at buying some headphone amps for our little studio. It's a three-mic studio, one host and two co-hosts so we need 3+ channels of headphone amping. I would like, however, to have remote headphone amps for each of the co-hosts so they can turn up their own volume knob should they want to. Problem is I can't find a good solution that includes talkback. I want to be able to talk back to my guests (but they need to hear, not talk back themselves). So basically the ideal solution for me would be either three remote headphone amps or one rack unit that can serve two remotes, but still includes talkback. And it has to be talkback with an external mic input and prefereably also a jack for external switching on/off, like the Presonus HP60 has got. Anyone have any ideas on how I could solve this?

Thanks. What do you mean by that more specifically? Those types of flush mount pods are exactly what I'd like for the guests, you mean getting a couple of those and a rackmount headphone distro amp and running those amps from the distro? There's no talkback built into the console we will be using btw.

Thanks. Yeah, I think I looked at it but was put off by the cough buttons that wouldn't be possible to use. But I suppose if one can get past that, it looks ok.

Oh, the StudioHub looked pretty nice, that might work.

Yeah, I've seen the DM but it didn't look flush mountable, I would really like something that can be mounted like that or that has a slanted top. The problem for me is that I need headphone amplification as pods, talkback AND an option to hook up an external tb mic. One that can also be engaged without reaching over the board and pressing on the unit in the rack. That's what makes it so hard to find something. Maybe it's impossible even, if that's so, then I'll have to rethink it.
