Remote Voicetracking & PlayOut One Pro Automation

Here's a short video I recorded today. This shows how quick, efficient and user friendly this system.

I don't have fiber, DSL or cable internet.. just starlink and use PlayoutOne Pro daily to voicetrack afternoon drive for an FM station 2500 miles away and I just absolutely love it.

Starlink is so quick compared to my old ISP, Viashit, I mean ViaSat..... and VT'ing on PlayoutOne Pro is the best remote VTing I've ever used

I have wondered how this stacked up against either Simian (or whatever it is now-was Simian 2 years ago, anyway) or Station Playlist. I want something affordable with a limited learning curve for the LPFM for which I volunteer. We need a system that will allow for block programming as well as for remote voice tracking.

Simian is NOT very user friendly-ish and the more it gets man handled, the more it has issues.

Station playlist is pretty good and its remote vocietracking is fairly simply. Has a good user support base as wel las company support. Its remote VT though needs a peice of software

Playout one was so simple that i figured out remote VTing in 15 minutes. No software just a browser and internet connection. What you see in my video is exactly what you do to remote VT
