Remotes at county fairs

I'm sure quite a few of your stations do them. Do any of you do daily remotes during the entire fair, or perhaps the first two days only? Do the fair board cooperate with you in getting timely interviews of key players, including the new (and perhaps current) fair queens?

Also, do any stations choose to not do them?
