Reno Swag moves from 97.3 to 104.9

I thought 104.9 was a booster station not a full signal. They used to use it for KODS.

So whats in store with 97.3?

They also took the 96.1 booster and put CBS sports radio 1270

It's not a booster, it's a full-power FM translator.

KSGG is now broadcasting on 1230am I believe. AM stations can "re-broadcast" on an FM translator, and that's what's going on here.

They're registered the domain www.littlecity973.com and click973reno.com

Littlecity973 recently changed to a "coming soon" page. So it looks like that's the moniker they're going with. I kinda get the feeling this new station is going to suck.

I noticed that KJFK had a decent showing ratings wise the last time around, maybe just a hard format to sell in a place like Reno?
