Word on the street is that they are out. New GM in the Citadel building and they won't be coming back from vacation. Will JJ be back in the mornings? Paula is also in the house...could a reunion be that far off?

All this before they even get #'s tomorrow? Not the smartest move, but then again they had to know that show was going nowhere.

Not many shows in Reno go anywhere. Just a nickle and dime market with, at best people on the air who can't make it anywhere else in the country. This is the saddest radio market ever. Thank goodness for XM!

I heard Tom & Gina on air this morning. Must've just been a stupid rumor.

Probably was just that. However KBUL didn't do bad at all in the ratings, even though the Lotus country station got a huge kiss for once. KBUL has gotten those kisses in the past and then they went right back to where they should be, which is in the 5-6 range for the country leading station in Reno...the second country station will always be about a 2-3 share. That's been the history of the market thru the years.
News talk KKOH has become the dominant station and will probably not be beaten anytime in the near future.

KKOH became pretty strong about 4 years ago. Sunny took a slight hit in this book, but will also always be the leader in the soft rock area. KBUL is in it's third straight book of up trends. The ROCK what used to be THE HAWK had a great book, but will it last against KOZZ?
