Does anyone else notice that this happens?

I'm in Tampa this week and have been watching WTVT FOX 13. I've noticed that they have repeated the same story about a local business owner every day this week. It's getting annoying.
 
Are you sure it's not just a 60-second spot "disguised" as a news story? You know, kinda like how infomercials appear to be presented in the guise of talk shows?
