How could CBS go for Univision? Buy the network and then sell most of the stations? I know Philly, NYC, Boston and many others, CBS already has a douopoly. Univision also owns its stations in these markets too. Do they have to back out of the CW too?
Maybe the Mickey Mouse company Disney/ABC could buy Univision to form a duopoly and or tripoly with ABC for owned and operated stations consisting of ABC, Univision, and Unimas over the air TV stations plus ABC and Univision are already partners in their joint venture in their cable news channel called Fusion.
If CBS ever wanted to buy a spanish language network it might be easier for their to acquire either Azteca America or Estrella TV.
Nothing in your link indicates that it's only the radio division. The reports say that Univision Broadcasting is for sale. The article in Radio Insight says that 68 radio stations are included in Univision's holdings. That's probably because that website is radio-focused, so that's the important part of the sale to them.
