Yes...a reporter for WICS in Springfield, IL interviewed a cat for a segment on a hike in water rates. Don't know if this actually aired or not...

BTW...WICS is owned by Sinclair. I am praying for the employees of ABC 33/40 in Birmingham and all of the other Allbritton stations once Sinclair takes over. This is apparently the quality of journalism they put out.
