this is a repost from another person, very well put...deserves to be mentioned.


I agree that Dru shouldn't be PD, but a lot of his STUPID actions come from Ginger (GM)....alias NASCAR MAMA. Who in the world put her in charge? She only has 5 years of radio experience. She started out as a sales person, was promoted to Sales Manager, and then moved right up into the GM position. She is not management material if you ask me. And she is always taking the credit for things that other people do. When KYKX won the Public Service award at the TAB this year, she and Dru were the ones that accepted the award. Why didn't they let Paula accept it since she is the one that does all the public service work.

And Harlen is in the same category. He has a title, but doesn't do a thing.

Surprising they didn't take Harlan with them to pick up the award. Such behavior isn't surprising--small people do petty things of that nature to make themselves feel good and keep others "in their place."

Paula has worked long and diligently over the years to establish her name and a following in the Longview area. Those who consider themselves her "superiors" (a gross misnomer)couldn't stand to see someone else be recognized for doing good work, so Dru and company muscled their way in and took the credit. But everyone, including the glory seekers themselves, knows who made the plan and did the work. Paula, howecer, is too much the pro to lower herself to their level by saying anything about the slight. A snick of the tooth to Access 1 "higher ups."

Insecurity is a blanket Dru and Ginger wear snuggly. So snuggly in fact,they are "bonding".
