Republican Congressman: Fox News Should "Get Back To The Facts"

This week, Ohio Rep. Steven LaTourette voiced his displeasure of a report on Fox News that claimed certain Republicans supported a bill that would bail out unions. LaTourette took umbrage to this report, and took to the house floor to comment on it.

"I don’t know who the pinhead and weeny is at Fox News that decided to put that story together," he said, adding that the network "should stop smoking it and get back to reporting the facts."

So much for Fox News being a "mouthpiece" for the Republican party, as some Republicans now diss their programming.

Sorry, but that's like saying "It was cold this winter, so global warming must be BS."

I don't believe Fox News is any kind of official "mouthpiece" for anybody, but to claim they're fair and balanced, and don't push a conservative agenda is to deny reality. All you have to do is pay attention to any interview with Roger Ailes to realize that he's taken FNC farther every year in to the realm of conservative advocacy and commentary. The reason? It works, as their ratings and revenue attest.
