Request for PSA Policy and PSA/Non-Profit Rates

Hello, I am in charge of Marketing and PR for the Toastmasters Organization in IL. We were wondering if there was an easy way to find out Non-Profit rates for the state of IL radio stations.

We are a non-profit organization and are looking for the best way to get the word out.

Please let me know if there is a list of non-profit rates for stations across the state of IL available or who to contact for that information.
