Yes they are big in Chico and are in a few other small Northern California markets as well. I know that in Chico they operate out a relatuvly new building. It's clean and compact. They're only real setback is the ancient hard drive system they operate on and the tiny budgets they have. Still they do well. Oldies 102.1 has great numbers.
