Alright, for those of you who are hiring out there, how many resumes do you get when you throw your opening into the waters? 100? 200? More??
Now how many of those do you actually read? NOW how many do you go through until they all start looking the exact same and you get bored and decided to throw them in the air and whichever one lands in a circle is the one you hire? haha
I ask this, because I am curious what some people are sending out to set themselves apart. I've heard of some people doing video resumes, I've heard some are just badgering the crap out of people, some are even doing camp-outs in front of studios.
