Retired Broadcaster Curt Brown Dead at 80

According to KY3 TV in Springfield, MO, Brown was battling a blood cancer for the past couple of years. After serving in the Army, Brown moved to Springfield in 1961 and worked for KWTO. In 1969 Brown joined KTTS in Springfield as GM where he stayed for 30 years until he retired. He also was a past president of the Missouri Broadcasters Association, which inducted him into its Hall of Fame in 2012.
