I noticed some discussion about KSPA Ontario CA requesting a new COL. I have been involved with Punjabi American Media for 3 years as the technical director. Punjabi Radio USA has AM stations that are located where Punjabi / Sikhs live and work in California. KSPA will be our 8th AM station. The ownership has the resources and willingness to spend the money necessary to have reliable signals in the target communities. Some stations we acquired were in need of some serious attention. Our engineers and I find it fun resurrecting these facilities.
