Retro: Abitibi-Teminscamingue, QC Sunday, 12/11/1988

From The Val D'Or Star, via Google News Archive

Note the exclusion of any Francophone stations as well as CBMT Montreal, although CBMT had a rebroadcaster serving the area from nearby Malartic, QC. Schedules for "Detroit 6" (WDIV NBC - 6 must have been the cable channel) and "Detroit 2" (WJBK CBS) were also listed but appear to date from 1986, so I didn't include them either. Listings were also in the 24-hour clock format.

I add translations alongside the French and Spanish titles, in which I get from Google Translate. That's something you could do for non-English titles.

Actually, what I meant is the paper didn't list any Francophone stations (or CBMT). Not even the SRC local, CKRN (which they did include in years past). I'll usually list French or Spanish program titles if they're listed. The Detroit listings were the only ones I purposely chose to omit because they were so out of date!
