Surprised that 'USA Tonight' which I think was the incarnation of INN News then, was airing so late. Also remarkable were the many syndicated offerings that independents could choose from.
 
I like how WSB continued carrying Ryan's Hope at 12:30pm despite ABC's decision to put Loving in that slot. WVEU 69 had carried Loving in the mid-80s but looks like they dropped it by this time. Upon the cancellation of Ryan's Hope in January 1989, WSB did replace it with Loving.
