Very interesting how these east coast stations aired New Year's Live! at 2-3am ET. Since NYL! was for the Pacific time zone, I thought only stations in PT (and maybe MT) could run it. It was aired on KIRO Seattle (UPN) and KNDO Yakima (NBC) that year, along with KTVF Fairbanks (CBS).
