"Bunker Hill" was the host of a locally based cartoon show on WKBG. "Astro Boy" was part of it. I used to have to watch it every afternoon babysitting my brother, who was 10 years younger, back when I was 12 through 15. Not sure about the show on WSBK, but I'd imagine it was similar, with a different selection of cartoons.
