RETRO CABLE ACCESS TV: SAVANNAH

Does anyone remember or have any info about a local public access channel back in the 70's and 80's in Savannah which showed the time, temp, and other weather info using black n white analog dials that would rotate endlessly across the tv screen. The channel was set to ez-listening music which, I'm guessing was from a local Savannah Lite-AC station. I would give anything if I could find a video-clip of a small portion of this channel....somehow, (weird I know) But, it would be a great RARE recording for a vintage video collector like myself. ;D

Thanks.

We had something like that with the cable system in Cordele/Vienna. It was actually a black and white camera aimed at a row of the dial type weather instruments. The camera would pan back and forth and I think it was the Cordele FM station for the audio....I'd like to find the old weather instruments. :D

Someone may have a snippet on an old VHS tape. This goes w-a-y back, but as I recall, tje station in the background was WJCL back when they were the easy-listening station with Al Jennings live in the morning and an automated Bonneville package for the rest of the day.
