NOTE: When I moved to Tampa in 1973, the 9 AM lineup
was still a movie on Ch. 8, Romper Room on Ch. 10, and
Mike Douglas on Ch. 13.

And of these, Mike lasted the longest at this hour -- I believe it was on 13 until 1980, when Group W dropped the show and switched to Syndicast (and moved locally to WTOG ch.44 in the process). I think 13 replaced it at that hour with John Davidson and, later, Merv Griffin.

Channel 10 would eventually drop Romper Room by the mid-1970s, eventually placing Phil Donahue at that hour (44 had it first). Channel 8 would pick up Romper Room and carry it through the early-1980s, first with a local host, then later the national version from Baltimore.

4:30 Uncle Walt (as I've said before, this is not
Disney and it's five years before Disney World)

But one does have to wonder if THE Walt was a regular viewer to "Uncle Walt"? At the time of these listings and throughout 1965 didn't Walt Disney more/less had lived in the Orlando area very very low key in order to buy the land that would become Walt Disney World in totally secrecy? By the time Walt Disney had announced the plans for WDW to the public from what I had heard over the years..the land was already bought, deals were already made and everything was all set to go to the point where if one didn't want Disney to come to Florida, well it was already too late to do anything about it.

Far cry to what had happened in Northing Virginia in the mid 90's when Disney had tried to build a complex there. OTOH..there is still debate to this day if Disney was even serious in the first place with "Disney's America" since after ther Virginia uproar, nearby West Virginia had offered Disney pretty much everything and thensome to build in nearby Charles Town, West Virginia. Disney said no.

Is it me or did Channel 13 bump To Tell the Truth, I've Got a Secret and Lucy Show for a "local movie"?

Probably, because Channel 13, even when I moved to Tampa Bay in the mid-'70s, often bumped CBS programming for their own little program called The Big Movie.

Ch. 13 did indeed bump CBS's 7:30-9 PM programming
(Lucy aired on delay Wednesdays at 8, following a week-
behind delay of "Lost In Space" at 7) in favor of a movie
and did this until the early '70s. By the time I moved to
Tampa in '73, with the access rule in effect, Ch. 13 was
carrying syndicated "Truth Or Consequences" at 7:30,
followed by "Gunsmoke" and Lucy in pattern at 8 and 9,
respectively. By that time their "local movie" usually pre-empted
the CBS one on Friday nights.

Ch. 10, OTOH, had a "local movie" on Mondays in '73; they delayed
"The Rookies" until Sunday afternoon, IIRC.
