WENR 890 was already gone. ABC had bought out WLS owner Prairie Farmer Magazine in 1954, merged the two stations as WLS, and kept the WENR calls on 94.7 FM.

At this time, Harvey's newscast would have aired on WLS, but I don't see a specific listing for him in the Chicago Tribune's radio log for 4/18/56.
