Great line-up back then for Cleveland/Akron!

When did WJW move BC&LJ to Saturday nights from Friday nights? I forget.

And there's no 6 PM weekend edition of "23 Newsday", even though there was a 6 PM "TV5 Eyewitness News".

Was "Let's Talk Sports" on WOIO/19 a local show? I want to say Bruce Drennan did it, but I could be mistaken.

Possibly BC&LJ were moved to accommodate "The Arsenio Hall Show" and CBS programming, though WJW rejected airing "The Pat Sajak Show." Smart move.

WAKC probably could not afford to have a 6 PM weekend edition of local news. They were constantly losing out the Cleveland stations.

I'm simply wondering what "Feagler!" is.

"Feagler!" was local commentary/interview show hosted by Dick Feagler, a well-known newspaper columnist and television personality in Cleveland for years. He was at WKYC Channel 3 for years from late 1970's until 1994. He anchored Channel 3's 6 and 11 PM newscast with Connie Dieken for two years before he left the anchor desk after he was unhappy with that stint for a while. He was planning to move to WJW Channel 8 until the announcement they were switching to FOX helped changed his mind. Feagler ended up at WEWS Channel 5 where he stayed until 1998 or '99. Today, he hosts "Feagler and Friends" on WVIZ Channel 25.
