Did WUAB/43 actually do a real noon news show in 1968? Or was it one of those things where the booth announcer read headlines while a slide appeared onscreen?

Interesting that WAKR/23 actually carried the long-running City Series football Thanksgiving Day championship game (on tape delay in this case).
