...I assume this is Garroway at Large. Did WNBK get a live feed from WNBQ/5 Chicago on this one, or did they run it on kinescope? I recall that the show was originally scheduled on Saturdays and later moved to Sundays, but I wonder if that was this early in the series' run...

Per the linked article, the NBC Midwest Network began on 9/20/48, with KSD-TV St. Louis, WWJ-TV Detroit, WTMJ-TV Milwaukee, WSPD-TV Toledo and WBEN-TV Buffalo as the first affiliates. NBC O&Os WNBQ Chicago (10/8/48) and WNBK Cleveland (10/31/48) joined the network when they signed on.

So Garroway At Large very well could have been shown live in Cleveland in 1949.
