NBC had already cancelled JAG and it was in summer reruns by this point. The next season, CBS picked it up and ran with it for nine more seasons.

By 1992 WSYX had dropped Channel 6 News branding name to 6 On Your Side News by fall of 1992. By 1993-1994 6 On your Side was branded, by 1995 it was just plain 6 News. I don't know if WSYX gave ABC clearance for Real Friends. When The View, took over in 1997. Reruns of Dr. Quinn was on at 11am in 1997. It wasn't until 1998 when The View moved from late night into 11am time slot. WSYX didn't show Mike & Maty either.

And I think A Current Affair was sandwich in at 5:30 pm.
The station went back and forth on having an evening newscast 30 minutes [either 5 pm or 5:30 pm] The station always had a 5:30 pm newscast but canceled it in 1988 in favor of Oprah/Geraldo. By 1992, the 5:30 pm news returned, and in late 1993 to 1994 they moved to 5 pm and then back to 5:30pm. I want to say by 1996, they moved the newscast to 5pm. It wasn't until 2002 they finally went an hour at 5pm while the other two stations had an hour long 5pm news.

As for WBNS at 10 am Inside Edition and American Journal would share that time slot, but American Journal was never an hour show.
