...by any chance, would this be the same Dick Lamb who bought WWDE-AM-FM Radio in Hampton in 1978, and would he be any relation to C-SPAN's Brian Lamb?...
 
That could be the same Dick Lamb; in the '60s he was a
disc jockey on WGH Newport News and co-host of WAVY's
"Disc-O-Ten." I have no idea if he's related to Brian Lamb
but may be the guy who bought WWDE.
