Very decent lineup for early 1989...but unless if you had two VCR's back then, setting them to record the WWOR cartoon block on one (from 2:00 to 5:00 am) and Jem and Bozo from WGN on the other (from 3:30 to 5:00) before going to bed be would be a problem.
 
I'm surprised the Anchorage or Seattle stations weren't imported (even partially so cable viewers could see what the two Fairbanks stations pre-empted) on cable. Also, Jeopardy! wasn't seen at all in Fairbanks, but both network and syndicated Wheel were carried!

Or the Vancouver stations(as relatively close to Vancouver as
Fairbanks was).
