Yes; KTVF started off 1992 by finally bringing Oprah to Fairbanks, and I think that was simply because she was also now on then-sister station KTVA in Anchorage (after being on KYUR from the beginning).
But other than that...the rest of the schedule is pretty blah; Inside Edition being the only syndicated magazine show, but a new station called KFXF would bring A Current Affair back to Fairbanks in the spring, while Entertainment Tonight returned in 1993 now on KATN and paired with Hard Copy (it went to KXDF for its last season, while ET moved to that very station in 2003 where it has remained since).
