FBI agent Eliot Ness is assigned to form a special squad and crack down on Capone's source of revenue-the breweries and distilleries. This is the first half of a two-hour drama adapted by Paul Monash from Ness's autobiographical novel "The Untouchables," co-authored by Oscar Fraley. Part 2 will be presented next week. Walter Winchell is the narrator.
