KCOY still is a CBS station, as it always has been.
The CBS affiliation in the Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-San Luis Obispo market has been on ABC affiliate KEYT’s second subchannel (3-2) since January 1, 2021, at which time KCOY’s primary channel (12-1) became a Dabl affiliate. This past February 1, KCOY assumed the Telemundo affiliation from San Luis Obispo-licensed KTAS channel 33, which is now independent.

So @cbsfan95 is correct.

My bad and apologies. :)

Just checked more detail in Wikipedia, and you are both right! I never knew about the Telemundo switch.

It appears from what I see on their website that 13-2 is branded as KCOY 12. In an attempt to not confuse people, they make it even more confusing.
