Your posted Saturday TV schedules reminded me of what used to happen to Phoenix (and Tucson) Saturday morning television shows when most of the rest of the nation either fell back an hour (end of October) or jumped forward an hour (either March, April or May depending on the year being discussed). While the nighttime shows maintained their same start times, the Saturday and Sunday morning shows would either start an hour later (in the fall) or begin an hour earlier (in the spring). And there were some children's shows, particularly on CBS and NBC on Saturday mornings, that you could only watch after the fall backwards time change. "Lidsville" (from the mid-1970s) was one of those shows that never aired on Phoenix television when Daylight Savings Time was in effect but was aired when it wasn't. (The reason, of course, was that the local NBC affiliate did not want to come on the air and start airing cartoons at 5:00am.)

Anyway, thanks for the memories.
