Here is the complete schedule of the Festival '77 (Some Great Things to See on Public TV!) Membership Campaign from PBS affiliate KPBS-TV in San Diego, CA from Sunday March 6th through Sunday March 20th, 1977 for 2 WEEKS as USUAL (PBS' Third National March Membership Drive), according to PBS, the San Diego Union and San Diego Evening Tribune). 📺 💵

Flip Wilson.
Actor-comedian Flip Wilson will serve as host and official spokesperson for Festival '77. Wilson will appear in videotaped fund-raising spots throughout the two-week period. During the event, participating stations will supplement their regular programming with approximately one-dozen dramatic shows, music and comedy specials, concerts, and sports and news documentaries. The programs produced in the United States and abroad were acquired specifically for "Festival '77".
NOTE: KPBS is conducting its usual local Membership Campaign called "KPBS Membership Days" but PBS' Third Annual Nationally Coordinated Fund-raising and public awareness campaign, and it will include Membership Pledge Breaks between regularly scheduled programs, so I don't know if KPBS had another membership pledge campaign after the February 1974 Public Television Membership Week or before the December 1974 Awareness Week or before the 1975 and 1976 Membership Drives, and any other membership pledge drive in 1972 and 1973.
SO PRETTY PLEASE Let me know in the comments or questions or suggestions for any concern... DON'T HESITATE, COMMENT ANYTIME!!
