While CBC and CTV had pretty much converted all network programming (apart from old movies) to color by this point, it looks like their owned or affiliated stations in Central Canada were still broadcasting local live/tape programs in black-and-white.

Perhaps Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Vancouver may have been the only cities where CBC and CTV stations had local l9ive/tape color capability in the Summer of 1970.
