NOTE: October 9, 1976 was the first day that CHSJ had a retransmitter (Channel 6) in the Newcastle area, with CKCD dropping all CBC content and becoming just a retransmitter for CKCW for CTV/ATV programming. Although CKCD was no longer partly CBC, TV Guide listings continued for a time to show CKCD as having CBC programming.
