I'd be interested to what the turnaround time was for Late Show with David Letterman. Friday nights show appearing on late Saturday night/Sunday or would it have been from a few days before?

I suspect the program aired in an one-day delay (the paper didn't list the guests' names). Nine carried Dave's show Tuesday through Saturday, and also aired CBS' 48 Hours and ABC's Primetime Live during the week.
