Interesting to see that Showoffs aired an hour earlier on the three ABC stations than it did elsewhere in the Eastern time zone. Were these delayed broadcasts or did ABC feed it to them at 11?

A lot of good TV this night. Cannon, Baretta, Starsky and Hutch and no VCRs! Hard choices to make in these days. The fact that a station was having a newscast for the deaf was pretty cool in these pre-closed captioning days.

I assume Showoffs aired on a one day delay as did many future shows ABC programmed in the noon time slot. It would have made more sense for ABC to feed the show at 11:00am and leave the noon slot open for local news or a one hour delay of Showoffs. ABC always programmed the noon timeslot without regard for many stations airing local news at that time. It is what ruined the ratings for Ryan's Hope. ABC wouldn't program the 11:00-11:30 time slot until 1977.
