Most CBC stations in Ontario aired a block of programming weekday mornings from OECA (TVOntario), but TV listings purely mention OECA, no specific programming. I'm not sure if this package aired outside Ontario.

Usually programs listed as "OECA" are strictly educational fare, either for in-school use, or telecourses for adults. Later on, sometime in the mid-1970s, OECA programming seen outside the OECA would be listed as "Ontario Schools", as it was before the OECA started; OECA's non-instructional programing would be listed by its title.
