CBFJ Channel 4 St. John’s (SRC) (transmitter was shut down on August 31, 2012 and is now seen on cable; likely was and still is fed from Montreal)

Around the late-1990s, it would switch to CBAFT Moncton, after that station became available via satellite.

WDIV Channel 4 Detroit, Michigan (NBC)
5:05: Leeza (if a network show, delayed from previous day 11:00 am)

At the time it was an NBC show, though affiliates practically showed the program anytime they wished.

CJON Channel 6 St. John’s (NTV/CTV)
7:00: The Price is Right (badly chopped-up half-hour slot for NTV, and day-ahead of CBS)

I believe NTV has shown a hacked-up version of the daytime TPIR for many years, at least after it expanded to an hour program in 1975. The edited version usually consisted of only a couple of pricing games and the Showcase.

WXYZ Channel 7 Detroit, Michigan (ABC)
11:30: Donahue (his final season; in earlier years, it was produced at WGN in Chicago)

By then, it was taped in New York; during that season, his former host station in the Big Apple, WNBC, dropped the show, practically calling the death knell for the long-time program.

I believe the 5:30 PM ET (7PM NT) telecast was "Canada Tonight" and originated from Vancouver, with Tony Parsons as anchor.

CITV Channel 13 Edmonton, Alberta (Independent)
4:30: (1PM MT / 12 Noon PT) Days of Our Lives (most likely day-ahead of NBC)
7:30: (4PM MT / 3PM PT) The Young and the Restless (day-ahead of CBS)

I believe one of both of these may be day-of, perhaps to simsub over the Spokane stations back in Alberta.

CBFJ was relaying CBFT Montreal at the time, but switched its parent to CBAFT Moncton in 2010 (this also applies to CBFNT, the SRC transmitter at Port-au-Port on the West Coast). Weather maps on the regional Telejournal show the island of Newfoundland (the Labrador tx relay CBFT) as well as St-Pierre-et-Miquelon, where Le Telejournal Acadie is shown late-night (and France O SPM has a news supply agreement with SRC Acadie).

The station in SPM is actually "St-Pierre-et-Miquelon 1ère", which is part of the chain of Outre-Mer 1ère outlets serving France's overseas territories. "France Ô" is actually a specialty channel featuring the best of French overseas programming to viewers in other French territories, as well as Metropolitan France (the part that's in Europe); that channel also carries CBAFT's Telejournal program worldwide.
