I find it interesting that at this early date (1966) There were 3 independents in Philadelphia..Most of the syndicated shows from the 50's were showing their age already by this time..

I think Phildelphia was big enough to support three
independents; what's interesting is that they were
UHF, whereas New York had three VHF independents
and Los Angeles had four.

Some of these schedules remind me of Atlanta a
few years later, when Channel 17 there used to
pick up Jeopardy! and Who, What Or Where, pre-empted
on WSB; and, very briefly, when ABC ran Password at
12:30 Channel 11 pre-empted it and 17 picked it up on
delay (11 AM next day, IIRC). WSB carried Mike Douglas
at 12:30 from 1969-72, before replacing him with Merv
Griffin.

Interesting that WFIL-TV, once the American Bandstand flagship, didn't carry its successor.
