Mentioned in the Channels Listed section, but not listed was WUHY 35-Edu Philadelphia; programs aired weekdays as follows:
Mon/Fri 9:30am-2:35pm/6:30-10pm
Tues/Wed 9:30am-3:30pm/6:30-10pm
Thurs 9:30am-3pm/6:30-10pm

I noticed the name Pete Boyle, and according to Wikipedia he
was the father of Peter Boyle of "Everybody Loves Raymond."
In addition to hosting kids' shows he worked with Ernie Kovacs
on his "Three To Get Ready" morning show on Ch. 3.

One of the stations Pete Sr. worked for was Ch. 12, then known
as WVUE (now PBS affiliate WHYY). When he was there the station's
call letters were WVUE; ironic since the New Orleans station that has
those call letters today used to be on Ch. 12 (Ch. 13 before that, and
Ch. 8 since 1970).
