Then again, if 13's episodes were the CBS showings, why would they be on against TPIR on 7? I thought networks had restrictions against putting a delayed program from one network against a "live" program from the same network?

There was a double run of FF, so maybe one daytime, one night? But then again, nighttime FF was usually just before Prime-Time in most markets (7/6c ish, sometimes earlier).

Had to be a double run of syndi episodes; CBS gave the 10am ET slot back to affiliates in September of '93.

As for networks having a restriction against putting a delayed program against a "live" show, you do see it throughout the retro schedules (one example here in Minneapolis was "Later with Bob Costas" ran "Live" at 12:30am on independent channel 23, opposite the delayed second half of Letterman on NBC's Channel 11), although the logic of it escapes me.
