One of the shorts from Hanna-Barbera's "CB Bears", designed to be a parody of The Fonz character from "Happy Days".

The show's format was imported to the US as "Almost Anything Goes".

What the British called "Card Sharks" (hence Goodson-Todman's involvement).

By then they had 625-line color. You especially had to have it if you wanted to watch BBC 2.

Thanks for this listing. I'm wondering if you've got more listings from the same week. I'm interested to know what other days of the week ATV's For Maddie With Love aired and if there were any episode descriptions. I have an episode of it, and I'd like to know more about it.

For the week in question, it only aired on Thurs and Fri at 1.30 due to coverage of the Labour Party Conference (which was in Blackpool). Not a lot of info out there on it, Wikipedia says it was 48 episodes, so I suspect that it may have been a daily series, but I don't know for sure...

I had heard that Grampian TV contemplated changing its name to Scottish Highlands and Islands Television, but decided against it when they discovered what the initials spelled.

Funny...that's what most people call ITV's programming these days ;D
