KIRO 7 ran Conservative Evangelical TV shows like Oral Roberts Sunday Morning???? HARD TO BELIEVE - BUT THEY DID...Why am I so surprised???? KIRO was owned by Bonneville International which is a Mormon owned company. These evangelists call Mormonism a non Christian cult. By bothe Catholic and Protestant standards Mormons are not Christians but a comparative religion. Why would Mormons sell time to any Christian group??? Yes they make money but I would think religious beliefs would take precedence. They could have just run the hour of CBS Children's shows reruns and the non religious CBS show Camera Three but still preempting the 2 Catholic CBS Shows Lamp and Look Up & Live.

By the way WWL TV was Catholic owned by Loyola University till the late 80's. WWL TV, while running Sunday mass and another Catholic show, also sold time to Oral Roberts (who was not anti Catholic and affirmed Catholics as Christians), Marvin Gorman, and Jimmy Swaggart (who is more anti Catholic today than he was back then - though he had come publicly against Catholicism back then as well). I still cannot understand why a Catholic owned TV station would sell time to a religious organization that contradicts their beliefs. I believe WWL TV was run as a business and ran plenty of stuff Catholicism disagrees with from both the right (Fundamentalists Christians) and from the Left (humanists and relativists). So by right by the book Catholic standards even CBS programming at times would be a contradiction. Just my thoughts -

By the way - I prefer the schedules listing the stations individually rather than the TV listings style...But both are okay
