No -- it was syndicated reruns of the CBS series, which KIRO opted to show instead of Family Feud on CBS, which got punted to KCPQ.

Likely "Fievel's American Tails".

Were the other "Cops" (as in "Bad Boys, Bad Boys...") in daily syndication then? If so, they probably meant that series.

Why not? secondary PBS stations usually show children's programming in the early-evening hours. My local secondary PBS in Tampa Bay, WUSF, shows Sesame Street weeknights at 6PM, as part of a kiddie block that runs from 6PM to 8PM. Also, back in the early and mid-1970s, some PBS stations would show Sesame Street at 6PM or 7PM.

22 Downey [talk show? Never heard of it]
Topic: obesity.

This was Morton Downey Jr.'s third talk show, which was seen about three years after his original series was cancelled, and shortly after his series with CNBC ended. I recall seeing this series on WTTA, back when it was a cheap, mainly-barter-and-infomercials station -- Downey did this series from what looks like a bar somewhere around Palm Springs, California. This would be followed by one more series -- also called "Downey", which was an hour-long talk show from Chicago, from the producers of Jerry Springer.

This was actually a dating game show hosted by Bob Eubanks (who also hosted the aforementioned Family Secrets).

First, I thought Family Feud was increased to a one-hour show in 1992 on CBS daytime [Family Feud Challenge].

The COPS series was the cartoon version, not the Fox police show. By now, I thought most PBS stations showed Sesame Street in either morning or early/mid afternoon hours, and not early evening when some kids are finishing dinner and going to bed...
