Early Channel 13 KCPQ did have cartoons in the afternoon and a small amount in morning. This was likely short lived. They would be an anti kids' station from later that year untill September 1987. KCPQ was very similar to WOR TV New York, 5 KTLA Los Angeles, and 9 KHJ TV Los Angeles back in 1981 later in the year at least

That could be either Morecambe and WISE, or SANFORD and Son, that aired at 1 am on KCPQ/13. As for "You Bet Your Life", that was probably the updated 1980 version, hosted by the late Buddy Hackett.
