I see KDNL preempted "Politically Incorrect" with Bill Maher, VERY late (1:36AM). Were there any other stations that either showed Politically Incorrect later than 12:05/11:05c, or didn't show it at all?
KOMO 4 showed it at regular time in Seattle.

KMBC delayed it until after Midnight, and it still got good ratings

Do you have any Seattle TV listings from a Sunday newspaper for Monday, November 16, 1998?

Which include

KOMO 4-ABC
KING 5-NBC
KIRO 7-CBS
KCTS 9-PBS
KSTW 11-UPN
KCPQ 13-Fox
KONG 16-Ind
KTBW 20-TBN
KTZZ 22-WB
KWPX 33-Pax

If I get any listings, they would be in horrible grid form only. The show descriptions mostly stopped after 1995.

For the first three months of Politically Incorrect, WFTV aired it at 3:05 AM, it then moved to it's normal time.

Of all the times I've seen "Dennis The Menace" in listings on this board, usually designated as "(animated)" when it's obvious that's what edition of the show it is if it's scheduled in the middle of other cartoons, I'm actually wondering if the version KNLC showed here was the cartoon or not (I'm assuming it might be). And was Larry Rice the Dr. Gene Scott of KNLC, or what?

I guess it makes sense that they air "Amen" reruns, though.

Looking at the listings, I'm thinking that too, but the listings didn't indicate which version of Dennis it was, especially given it had Garfield for a lead-in and Lucy following it...

Yes, but more conservative -- it was his messages about abortion and the death penalty that led to Fox to move its Fox Kids programming to New World Fox affiliate KTVI. In recent years, KNLC launched a subchannel, whose focus is on renewable energy, a topic you most-often don't hear about in Christian media.
