RETRO TV (RTV) MOVING FROM WSB TO WYGA 16.4

Now that WSB has replaced RTV with Me-TV, RTV has found a new home on
low power WYGA-LD 16.4 (listed on the RTV website now).

But 16.4 is not up yet and has one of the smallest coverage areas in Atlanta
(4 miles outside I-285 and you may not get it). Channel 26 or 32 would have
been a much better choice.

Are any of the WYGA channel 16 digital subchannels on any of the local cable systems like Comcast or Charter?

I don't even think any of their info-mercial channels are up right now. 16.1 was showing
infos about a month ago though.
