...Cousteau Oddysey was actually a PBS series released during the 1977-78 season -- http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0076996/episodes; I'm assuming a commercial edit version was available to KCPQ by the mid-'80s...

According to the listings, Q13 ran Cousteau programs all week at 7- Cousteau Odyssey Mon/Fri, and listed simply as Jacques Cousteau Tues/Wed/Thurs.
